The system integrates multiple processing stages into one mobile unit, including:

  • Vibrating feeder for continuous and stable material feeding
  • Primary crushing unit for large river pebble reduction
  • Secondary impact crusher for shaping and fine crushing
  • Vibrating screen for precise material classification

The entire system is mounted on independent mobile chassis, allowing fast relocation between different quarry zones without complex installation work.

Working Process and Final Products

During operation, raw river pebbles are loaded into the feeder and transported into the crushing system. After two-stage crushing and screening, the material is separated into different aggregate sizes.

  • 0–5 mm fine sand for concrete mixing
  • 5–20 mm aggregate for road base and structural concrete
  • 20–31.5 mm coarse aggregate for large-scale construction use
