UNIQUEMAC 100 TPH Pebble Crushing Plant: Configuration & Working Process

• GZT0932 Vibrating Feeder: Ensures uniform feeding of pebbles, prevents blockages, and lays a solid foundation for efficient crushing;
• PE-500×750 Jaw Crusher: Responsible for primary crushing, with strong crushing capacity, wear-resistant parts, and ability to handle large-sized pebbles easily;
• PYB1200 Spring Cone Crusher: Used for secondary crushing, which refines the crushed materials and improves the particle shape of finished products;
• 3YK1860 Vibrating Screen: Screens the crushed materials into three standardized finished products, ensuring consistent quality.

1. Primary Crushing: Pebbles are first fed into the PE-500×750 jaw crusher through the GZT0932 vibrating feeder for rough crushing, reducing large pebbles to smaller particles;
2. Initial Screening: The roughly crushed materials are transported to the 3YK1860 vibrating screen by a belt conveyor for screening;
3. Secondary Crushing: Large materials that do not meet the screening standards are transported to the PYB1200 spring cone crusher by a belt conveyor for secondary fine crushing;
4. Final Screening: The materials after secondary crushing are transported back to the 3YK1860 vibrating screen by a belt conveyor for re-screening;
5. Finished Products: Finally, three types of high-quality finished aggregates are obtained: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, and 10-20mm, which are widely used in concrete mixing, road construction, and building materials production.
