PE series jaw crusher discharge opening adjustment process

Structure 1:

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, when adjusting the discharge port:
(1) First loosen the tie rod spring and the adjustment screw;
(2) Then rotate the stop screw; so that the stop screw pushes the adjustment seat forward;
(3) If the adjustment gasket is added, the discharge port needs to be reduced;
(4) If the adjustment gasket is removed, the discharge port needs to be increased
(5) After reaching the required discharge port size, first retract the stop screw, so that the adjustment seat and the adjustment gasket group are close to the rear wall of the frame under the thrust of the movable jaw component, and then tighten the adjustment screw and tighten it;
(6) Finally, tighten the tie rod spring appropriately to complete the adjustment of the discharge port;
(7) The spring top pressure should not be too large, as long as the impact sound between the toggle plate, movable jaw and adjustment seat is eliminated.

As shown in Figure 3, when adjusting the discharge port:
(1) First loosen the pull rod spring;
(2) Then adjust the screw position. When the screw is lifted up, the discharge port becomes smaller, and when the screw is lowered, the discharge port becomes larger;
(3) After reaching the required discharge port size, tighten the adjustment screw and tighten it;
(4) Finally, tighten the pull rod spring appropriately to complete the adjustment of the discharge port.
