  1. How It Works

The magic happens through:  

1.Automatic loading

shovel inserts into the pile, hydraulic cylinder pushes the bucket to be filled with material and dumped into the tank. Cement can be put into the cement hopper first, and then the loading bucket produces cement.  

2.Batching and mixing

Add liquid, powder and aggregate in predetermined proportion to realize precise proportioning. The tank rotates positively (13-21rpm), and the double screw blades push the material to the bottom of the tank to realize forced mixing, the mixing time of each batch is usually 10-15Min, 4-5 batches per hour.   

  1. Unloading

The tank reverses (12-14rpm), the screw blade pushes the concrete to the discharge opening, and the drop point is adjusted by the telescopic discharge chute with an error of ±0.5m, and the discharging speed is 1-2m³/min.
